Weeping cherry blossoms at Kassenba

There are two weeping red cherry blossoms at the spot where Yoshiie Hachimantaro is said to have battled with Sadato and Muneto Abe. It is said that they are introduced as grandchild cherry blossoms of “Miharu takizakura (weeping red cherry blossoms)”. They bloom with excellent red flowers and appear to be a waterfall of blooms. These trees are estimated to be 170 years old.
A good spot for taking pictures is from the slope where you can enjoy a beautiful contrast of weeping red cherry blossoms, blue sky and rape blossoms.
